When you send an appointment request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, whether you’re a new or existing patient, your preferred time of day, and any note you add. We ask you not to include medical details in the form.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about your appointment. We don’t use it for marketing and we never sell or share it.
How it’s stored
Requests are stored securely on our web server and sent to the practice by email. We keep them only as long as needed to arrange your appointment and to keep reasonable records.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add visitor statistics, we’ll use a privacy-friendly tool that doesn’t use cookies or identify you.
Your patient records
Your dental records are handled separately, under the privacy rules that apply to healthcare providers. Ask us at your visit for our full patient privacy notice.
